Each year, the Frostival committee searches for a local artist to showcase their creativity and create our one-of-a-kind Frostival mural. Interested artists must submit their concepts by November 15, 2024. The submissions are reviewed and voted on, and the chosen artist is notified by November 15, 2024; they can then start creating the 4 x 8 ft cool masterpiece for the community to see during Frostival.
